[2009-2010 Season - 1st Quarter] [Voting items are in RED]

    1. Installing Officers
    A. Each APA league is entitled to seat one League Officer on the APA Board.
    B. League Directors have first priority in filling their respective League Officer seat.
    C. If the League Director declines their League Officer seat, the League Director designates the League Officer for their league in any manner of their choice (by directer selection, league player vote, etc.).
    2. Installing Executive Chair & Vice Chair

    C. Committee Chair selected by Executive Chair
    3. 2009-2010 1st Quarter APA Event
Saturday, October 10th at 6pm, location TBD
40-60 players, NLHE tournament, $50 freezeout
For any league with 5 or more players in attendance at this APA Quarterly event (players will state their home league at event registration), $100 from the Quarterly Event prize pool will be allocated to that league for its 1st APART seat.
This is intended to "jump start" each league's participation in the APART and the APA overall. All APA Leagues would be eligible for 1 jump start seat, but it would be especially helpful to new leagues, small leagues and well-established leagues that are unfamiliar with the process of allocating funds to sponsor their players to the APA championship event. The APART is ideally an event of the best player(s) from all APA leagues competing to determine who is THE best. Voting "YES" on this proposal means that there will be at the very least, one player from each participating league at the Austin Poker Alliance Regional Tournament to ensure that every league has a shot at competing for the championship.
    4. Addition of New Leagues
    A. Following the installation of League Officers, any new leagues requesting APA League Membership must be approved by a simple majority vote by League Officers.
